Hello St. Mary Magdalene,
Happy feast day! St. Teresa is an amazing saint known for her intimate, ecstatic love for Christ and profound experiences in prayer. For her, prayer is a simple movement of the heart and soul turning to God out of love! It's beautiful how she shares regularly that words aren't always necessary and that we should use whatever means stirs our heart towards God in love.
